Haus of Face Rewards Program – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Haus of Face Rewards Program (“Rewards Program”). We created this program to thank our clients for their loyalty and continued trust. By participating, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Program Enrollment

Enrollment in the Haus of Face Rewards Program is automatic for eligible clients once a qualifying visit or transaction occurs. No purchase is required to join, and participation is optional.

By participating, you consent to receive rewards-related communications via SMS or email. Message frequency may vary. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of SMS communications.

2. Earning Rewards Points

Rewards points may be earned through eligible services or transactions as determined by Haus of Face. The number of points earned may vary based on service type, membership level, or promotional offers.

Points are typically calculated based on dollars spent before tax and gratuity, unless otherwise stated. Haus of Face reserves the right to modify earning rules, point values, or eligible services at any time.

3. Tier Levels & Benefits

Clients may qualify for different reward tiers based on lifetime spend or other criteria. Tier benefits, including bonus earning rates, are subject to change at Haus of Face’s discretion.

Tier upgrades are not retroactive and apply going forward once qualification criteria are met.

4. Redeeming Rewards

Rewards points may be redeemed toward eligible services as determined by Haus of Face. Redemptions:

• Have no cash value

• Cannot be exchanged for cash or gift cards

• Cannot be transferred, sold, or combined with unauthorized offers

Redemptions may be subject to minimum thresholds and availability.

5. Promotions & Bonus Offers

From time to time, Haus of Face may offer limited-time promotions or bonus point opportunities. These offers:

• May have specific eligibility requirements

• May be time-limited

• Are non-transferable

• May be modified or discontinued at any time

Participation in a promotion does not guarantee future availability.

6. Points Balance & Expiration

Rewards points do not currently expire unless otherwise stated. Haus of Face reserves the right to implement expiration policies in the future with notice.

Points balances shown in SMS, email, or other communications are provided for convenience and may not always reflect real-time or final balances.

7. Errors, Adjustments & Corrections

Haus of Face reserves the right to correct any errors related to rewards points, including but not limited to system issues, calculation errors, duplicate entries, or typographical errors in communications.

If an error occurs, points may be adjusted to reflect the accurate balance. SMS notifications are not a guarantee of final rewards totals.

8. Misuse & Fraud

Haus of Face may suspend or terminate rewards accounts if we believe there has been:

• Fraudulent activity

• Abuse of the Rewards Program

• Violation of these terms

Any improperly earned or redeemed points may be revoked.

9. Opt-Out & Program Termination

Clients may opt out of the Rewards Program or rewards communications at any time. Haus of Face reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Rewards Program in whole or in part, at any time, without prior notice.

10. Privacy

Participation in the Rewards Program is subject to the Haus of Face Privacy Policy. Personal information is used only to administer the program and communicate rewards-related information.

11. Acceptance of Terms

Participation in the Haus of Face Rewards Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. Continued participation after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
